INSTRUCTIONS TO DEPOSITORS

• The sponsor shall issue a covering note in Triplicate in addition to the cheque / DD
• The sponsor shall make payments to the SRS for the approved projects with reference to the IEC No. of the Project and Approval Letter No. in the covering Letter.
• The assigned IEC No., Sponsor name ( if applicable ), the Abbreviated Trial Name and the Principal Investigator Name shall be incorporated as footnote on each and every page of the submission of the covering note for receipt of funds.
• The Research Project Processing Fees will be accepted in cash in addition to cheque / Demand draft payable in Mumbai
• All deposits to the SRS projects must be made only in cheque from local Bank or Demand Draft payable in Mumbai.
• Cash payments will not be accepted.
• The cheque / DD should be addressed to “ L.T.M.G.H. & L.T.M.M.C. Staff &Research Society.”
